    1. Butter Chicken

To make it, first mix together sour yogurt, ginger, garlic clove, tomato slices, almond bata, salt, cinnamon powder, clove powder and cardamom in a container. Now marinate well with chicken and leave it for 30 minutes for a marinade.  Now add oil and butter in a pan. Cook onion for 3 minutes. Now boil 10 minutes with the marinated chicken in it.     5. Chicken biryani
